The Project
Our client already had a system for allocating deliveries to their trucks. On paper it was great… only it was so slow and hard to use that they didn’t actually use it. All of their delivery allocations were, in practice, done by hand.
The Results
Plan Deliver doesn’t follow the approach most of its competitors do: “give us your data and we’ll make all of your decisions for you”. Instead it takes a job you already know how to do, and helps you do it in a few minutes a day (where it used to be a full time job). Plan Deliver does all of the stuff computers are good at, and leaves the stuff humans are good at to you.
